The Bornean Keeled Pit Viper is a venomous snake with heat sensing pits on the sides of its head. Its diet is primarily birds and rodents and can usually be found on the ground (near trees) or up at about 65 feet.  They also often have a red and white stripes

As of 2020, this species can be found in Borneo, Sulawesi and in many parts of southern Philippines.
