Part 1: Hidden Cambodia (5 Nights)

"There's a magic about this charming yet confounding kingdom that casts a spell on visitors. An adventure to Cambodia will inspire travelers to contemplate what happens when ancient and modern worlds collide." - Lonely Planet
Siem Reap & Ankor Wat
"Gateway for the temples of Angkor, Siem Reap was always destined for great things. Visitors come here to see the temples, of course, but there is plenty to do in and around the city when you're templed out. Siem Reap has reinvented itself as the epicentre of chic Cambodia, with everything from backpacker party pads to hip hotels, world-class wining and dining across a range of cuisines, sumptuous spas, great shopping, local tours to suit both foodies and adventurers, and a creative cultural scene that includes Cambodia's leading contemporary circus. Angkor Wat, the ultimate expression of Khmer genius, is matched by only a few select spots on earth. Built by Suryavarman II (r 1112–52) and surrounded by a vast moat, the temple is one of the most inspired monuments ever conceived by the human mind." - Lonely Planet
* Discover Siem Reap - Free time to shop and eat along Pub Street, visit the Angkor National Museum, Artisans Angkor, and indulge in delicious, authentic cuisine. In northwest Cambodia, it is the second largest city in the country, renowned for its ancient Khmer history, bustling night markets, and warm local culture

* The Khmer Genius of Angkor Wat - Privately guided temple trail tour through 2,000 years of history! Witness and photograph ancient jungle temples, sacred statues of giant Buddha faces, and the main temple built in the early 12th century,
from which the complex takes its name. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a Theravada Buddhist temple complex and the largest religious complex in the world.
* Cambodia's Great Lake - Tonlé Sap Lake changes in size from 1,860 square miles to 4,500 square miles every year between the dry and wet seasons! Observe the wonders of rural Khmer life where the locals live and thrive on the water - both figuratively and literally.
Hidden Temples of Koh Ker & Once-in-a-Lifetime Village Stay
Wake up to the sounds of village life in a way you never could from
"highrise" views of a tree house-like accommodation and witness what life was like, perhaps two thousand years ago. Koh Ker Village takes its name from the nearby ancient Khmer temple complex with unique ruins found nowhere else in Cambodia. This is truly a dream come true for photographers, want to be anthropologists, and lovers of native cultures.
* Giving among temples - We helped build a bridge here in 2011 so the children could
safely cross a river on the way to school. In 2013 we contributed toward a new school kitchen where many of the children get their only nutritious meal of the day. In 2015 we donated funds to help build a new library so the children can continue learning after school. And in 2018 we donated funds toward a bicycle repair project to provide more bikes to children in the village. This year’s project is still in the works and we’ll announce the exciting details to all those signed up in the coming months. Join us on this unforgettable experience where we
will interact and see firsthand what village life is like in rural Cambodia. They welcome visitors with enthusiasm since so few travelers make it out to their rural home.
* Temple Ruins of Koh Ker: An Epicenter of Khmer Life - Explore and photograph an ancient city filled with temple ruins unlike anywhere else in the Khmer empire. While here, explore the ruins of a 10th-century complex featuring several Hindu temples, including a 7-tiered pyramid. During a period of upheaval, this was once a royal capital of a newly established dynasty way from Angkor Wat. Today, it is much less visited compared to other sites and we may some of the few tourists taking in the site!
Part 2: The Best of Vietnam (5 Nights)

"A land of staggering natural beauty and cultural complexities, of dynamic megacities and hill-tribe villages, Vietnam is unforgettably compelling." - Lonely Planet
Southern Vietnam
Covering the area around Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Southern Vietnam is unique and stands out as one of the most important regions in all of Southeast Asia. Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon) is a "compelling clash of commercial clout and colonial grandeur, showcasing soaring skyscrapers next to tree-lined boulevards, and a lingering aura of French finesse." -Frommer's

* Tour of Ho Chi Minh City - This southern city is an financial and economic powerhouse within Vietnam. While here, you will see some of the major sites including the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, Ben Thanh Market, and other local markets and cafes. Aboard our private shuttle and on foot, a local guide will gladly showcase some of the highlights here with plenty of surprise visits along the way.
* Cu Chi Tunnels - Visit the vast underground network of tunnels built first as a defense against the French, and later expanded during the American war. Located north of the city, it is an outdoor museum showing the immense complexity, dedication, and sacrifices made by soldiers during this horrific period of fighting.
* Optional Saigon Vespa Street Food Tour - Experience the streets of Saigon as a passenger riding with an experienced local on a vintage Vespa. Along the way numerous stops are made to indulge in culinary highlights of this great city. During your tour, you will taste a few iconic dishes: banh mi sandwich, tropical fruits and juice, grilled meats, savory crepes, and whatever else our local guides recommend (final menu subject to change).
Vietnam Central Coast: Tropical Paradise

If you’ve come all the way to Vietnam, it would be a shame not to experience some of the best beaches and coastline the country has to offer. Experience the region at your pace by relaxing in the sand, photographing the pristine beaches, sightseeing through traditional or modern cities, and exploring cultural oddities of the Central Coast.
Da Nang

"Nowhere in Vietnam is changing as fast as Da Nang. For decades it had a reputation as a provincial backwater, but big changes are ongoing. Stroll along the Han riverfront and you'll find gleaming new modernist hotels, and apartments and restaurants are emerging. Spectacular bridges now span the river, and in the north of the city, the landmark new D-City is rising from the flatlands. Venture south and the entire Dan Nang Beach
strip is booming with hotels and resorts" -Lonely Planet
* Highlights of Da Nang - A mix of modern architecture, historic landmarks, and breathtaking nature. Once a famous French port on the central coast, a visit here will include pristine beaches, historic landmarks, and stunning food offerings. Visit the Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula, home to the tallest Buddha statue in Vietnam with stunning panoramic views of the city.
* Marble Mountains Adventure - Awesome photo ops of unique rock structures with pagodas carved right into the mountain itself! These five limestone hills are named after the five elements and today present a spiritual, historical, and naturally beautiful landmark. See numerous caves, pagodas, tunnels, and decorated shrines while a local guide shares the spiritual significance of each location.
Hoi An
Strolling along the waterfront in tranquil Hoi An, it’s hard to imagine that this riverine town was once an important
port and major player in the Southeast Asian trading markets. Today, Hoi An’s Ancient Town is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and without doubt one of the most attractive destinations in Vietnam. This exceptionally well-preserved example of a trading port that was active between the 15th and 19th centuries and its design reflects centuries of influences from both local and foreign residents. Colorful scenes of traditional merchant houses painted yellow and blanketed in purple bougainvillea present picture-perfect scenes and as night falls, delicate silk lanterns create a rainbow of hues against the night sky. A destination in its own right, not only does Hoi An offer a diverse array of activities from cooking classes to bicycle rides, it is surrounded by natural beauty; from lush green rice fields to white sandy beaches.
* Highlights of Hoi An - The UNESCO World Heritage Old Town of this ancient port is perfect for exploring on foot; visitors come here for the latern-lit streets, abundance of shopping opportunities, variety of cuisine, tailored clothing, and traditional atmosphere.
Canals cut through the blocks of preserved Chinese shophouses, French colonial buildings, and ornate Vietnamese residences. Here, one can explore the quieter back alleys away from the main thoroughfares at a relaxed pace in search of great photographs.
* Bicycle through Craft Villages - The river flowing through Hoi An, the Thu Bon River, has a vast network of islands and islets perfect for two-wheel exploration. Cycle down quiet roads, pass lush paddies and waterways fringed with water coconut palms. Your guide will make stops to see traditional craft workshops along the palm, such as shipbuilders or furniture makers, and observe local farmers tending their land.
* Free time at the Boutique Luxury Resort - Impeccable service, beautiful views straight on to the beach, pool, spa facilities, and more available. Tucked away in lush gardens, the property is a peaceful oasis to enjoy after a day full of sightseeing.
